How do we choose the right shape and colour?
We carefully map the ideal shape for your facial structure and mix bespoke pigments to beautifully complement your natural skin tone. We can also color match to your favorite makeup shades!
How is the healing process?
Initially, your pigment will look darker. Over 7 to 14 days, as the area heals and lightly flakes, the colour will soften by around 30% for a natural finish.
How long will my results last?
Results typically last 1 to 3 years depending on skin type and lifestyle. We recommend booking a regular colour boost every 12 to 18 months to keep enhancements fresh.
How long do treatments take to fully heal?
SPMU takes four to six weeks to fully heal. Surface flaking and redness subside within two weeks, but deeper skin layers need extra time for the final pigment to settle.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your appointment incur no fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total to fairly compensate the practitioner.
